Merchants of Vino is the brainchild of Debra Smith-Symmonds, Sarah Peirce, and Louise Heasman.
Our philosophy is that wine should be enjoyed. Learning about wine and discovering new tastes should be fun. We all have our personal favourites, and there is no right or wrong taste, but by trying different wines, and being introduced to some new exciting wine producers we are going on a journey of discovery, …………..a journey where we have found some real gems to treat you to!
We love the thrill of discovering a new wine and introducing it to others and seeing their confidence in choosing wines grow, learning about what they like and dislike in wines and having the courage to try something new and a bit different.
We have discovered wines from vineyards never discovered or known about in the UK until now and met the people and their families who have devoted their lives to perfecting the wines, we cannot wait to introduce them to you and share the excitement of some of these beautiful wines.
Join us on our journey as we:
- strip away the mystique and fear behind wine tasting making it accessible, fun and informative to a wider range of people who enjoy drinking wine.
- introduce you to wine you may not have tried before and help you choose the right wine for that special occasion.
